Hotel Ruidoso

It was in a great location to get out and walk around the touristy area. Breakfast had hot and cold options that I don’t see everywhere recently. The rooms and facilities were all clean and as described online. Most of my praise goes out to the staff though, specifically Brandon. He was super helpful with everything. There was a power outage that morning and the elevator was down but he and the other staff accommodated everyone to the best of their abilities to get them situated comfortably. Even amongst people complaining and being upset (which it’s not the staffs fault there was an outage) he/they kept their cool and provided great customer service.

I love how the staff was responsive . very respectful and they worked very well with the resources they were given. The manager was super cool, the staff We're in the middle of training but we're very respectful and doing a good job. Breakfast was actually pretty good what I did not expect was a good variety and I was glad to see iThere was a Variety. It is something I would definitely come back to

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and no weird smells (iykyk).
