It was in a great location to get out and walk around the touristy area. Breakfast had hot and cold options that I don’t see everywhere recently. The rooms and facilities were all clean and as described online. Most of my praise goes out to the staff though, specifically Brandon. He was super helpful with everything. There was a power outage that morning and the elevator was down but he and the other staff accommodated everyone to the best of their abilities to get them situated comfortably. Even amongst people complaining and being upset (which it’s not the staffs fault there was an outage) he/they kept their cool and provided great customer service.

We went on a road trip from Texas to California and stayed at Hotel Ruidoso on our way with our 9 rear old and our puppy. We had a wonderful stay there. The room are very clean, bathroom was big and clean too. The staffs at the front desk were very friendly. We accidentally forgot our crate and 3 blankets for our dog after checking out, I contacted them, their manager Michael replied me super fast and helped me to send them back to Texas. I really appreciate his kindly help. It was a 10/10 experience at Hotel Ruidoso!

The front desk went above and beyond, front check-in until check-out. The one girl that was at counter was very capable. When I asked her if any more eggs would be put out for breakfast, she asked is anyone back there? I told her I checked and no one was. She quickly put gloves on and got to work. She refilled all that was gone. When traveling good natured, pleasant people are wonderful!! She was! I didn't get her name, however she was there Monday morning 3/4/2024.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable. I was actually inquired in buying a pillow. The restrooms were clean and handicap friendly. The tub was low enough and had a grab handle which was helpful for the family I was traveling with.

The location was great! The employees were friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to find and stay! A minute walk to the downtown area for coffee, shopping and food. Try the hot tub/pool area. No matter what you’re doing in Ruidoso.. it’s perfect!
