It was in a great location to get out and walk around the touristy area. Breakfast had hot and cold options that I don’t see everywhere recently. The rooms and facilities were all clean and as described online. Most of my praise goes out to the staff though, specifically Brandon. He was super helpful with everything. There was a power outage that morning and the elevator was down but he and the other staff accommodated everyone to the best of their abilities to get them situated comfortably. Even amongst people complaining and being upset (which it’s not the staffs fault there was an outage) he/they kept their cool and provided great customer service.

The manager was super cool, the staff We're in the middle of training but we're very respectful and doing a good job. Breakfast was actually pretty good what I did not expect was a good variety and I was glad to see iThere was a Variety. It is something I would definitely come back to

We had to make an unexpected stop here after car trouble, and were pleasantly surprised. It was a wonderful place to spend two nights. Loved the suite with an extra pull-out bed. Breakfast was great, as were the pool and hot tub. Location is ideal. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Ruidoso!

Great location and the hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fair, the only issue were the eggs and sausage were fairly cold. The serving dish did not keep them hot. We plan on staying there again next time we are in Ruidoso.
